Inspired by Linda's sampler blanket I remembered two patterns I started to crochet last year. I wanted to make something to go on top of a bathroom cupboard to protect it a bit. I started two patterns that I liked but seemed a bit much for what I wanted. If anyone has any ideas what they would be good for let me know, I was thinking maybe just a blanket border and maybe made up in a thinner yarn.
They're lovely work, However you use them!
The one on the left could be a border for a curtain or blind in bathroom x
I think the one on the right would make a lovely scarf if made wider.The flower lacy one would even make a nice border on fabric a table cloth or runner.Or even on one of your lovely handbags you make could do shabby chic style.
