I knitted these over Jan to Feb. Used up most of my chunky weight stash.
In no particular order :
Fawn for daughter Trezzie, purple for Trezzie’s (socially distanced) friend Loz.
Navy for Trezzie’s friend Mark.
Blue and grey for Harry, navy and maroon for me.
White for son James, a Key-worker in Iceland from the beginning, So he could be seen in the dark when walking home. (So’s muggers can spot him easily said Harry.)
James complained : It’s made of HOLES!
I said, patiently: It’s chunky yarn on big needles.
He said: It’s made of HOLES…
Two for granddaughter Rowan. Guess which!
Thanks, ladies!!
Great hats my favourite is the blue and grey ,
There is probably a file size limit set by the servers we are using that stops you posting them all at once. Try making your pictures smaller, I use a graphics programme, most photo or drawing programmes work just put the picture in and change the size of it, most cameras make the pictures huge but when you open them they show them half size so you don't realise how big they actually are. I've been able to make my pictures just 25% and they work great when posting on here. But top tip when you change the size and save them, use save as and give them a different name so you keep the original size picture.
Ha! ha!😂
Thanks, Sarah!
For some reason I couldn't activate the PUBLISH button with all the pics, so I'm trying to add them here...
Lovely they look so modern. I like the white one, reminded me of an old joke. How do fishermen make their nets? They get a hand-full of holes and sew them together!
