Tracey has inspired me to get my C2C blanket out and finish it. I am going to back it with some flannel which is very soft, then put some patch work on to it to represent Winnie the Pooh and the hundred acre wood and perhaps a reading book pocket in the corner. This is as far as I have got just the blue crochet to finish it off in to a square.

looking forwards to seeing it finished, i like the idea of backing it with flannel, I have made a few blankets for the grandchildren that I backed with flannel and they really liked how soft it felt. Mine were sewn blankets though, I've never tried backing yarn blankets, I might give that a try.
This will be lovely for the little ones to snuggle under. x
Wow.....It looks gorgeous. Am so happy to see I inspired you to finish your blanket too Linda. I cant even remember when I started mine. I found it in a bag in my wardrobe. 😊 Really looking forward to seeing yours finished. x
