Today was a preserving day. Damson cordial in the morning and then roasted tomatoes in the afternoon. Linda and John kindly gave us another load of homegrown tomatoes. This batch I roasted with onions, garlic and oregano. They were then put into jars for freezing. The aroma in the kitchen as these were roasting was wonderful.
I am glad you could use our abundance of tomatoes they do look good. Where did you get your freezer pots?
