Made from the diamond shaped wood pieces. I am in to making mosaics now , so will experiment with some glass pieces of which I have a box full, found them when tidying cabin.

Is resin food safe? If so you could cover in resin as a chopping board it looks great however you decide to use it
I think liz a table top, or as you suggested a table mat . 🙋♀️
