I made some sultan bread, well actually here they are called golden raisins. I added cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and some flavouring called Fiori Di Sicilia which according to it's description is a medley of bright citrus, lush vanilla and flower essences. It smells delicious. As you can see the loaf didn't last long. Next time I will increase the sultanas, I worry about the bread not cooking correctly or them all dropping to the bottom when I use more than the recipe says but now I've made it once I will just increase the amount slowly.
