I used korker sausages took the skins off and mashed them with some onion I cooked . Then layer long sausage and onion mix along two strips of puff pastry. Sealed puff pastry with a dash of milk. Cut in to two inch long slices put on parchment paper on a tray brushed with egg. Cooked on 180c for 35 minutes. linda x

Toby loved these sausage rolls. The ones you gave him when he last visited, he had polished off eating on the way home xx
They look delicious, I like to add onion into them but my family don't No one makes sausage rolls here in the US, I make them myself from time to time, but the last few times I've made them they got eaten so fast I didn't actually get to try them so it's been a couple of years since I had one 😂
