I put I spice mix over the chicken and rubbed It in 32 minutes later it was done as I was moving it to air fryer( I haven’t got the lid for instant pot that turns it into an air fryer)it was falling apart I just crisped skin up it was very nice cooked chicken moist.

Looks wonderful Lisa my instant pot is my favorite cooking appliance 😅 I think the instructions said 8 mins per pound I cooked mine for slightly less since I knew I was going to air fry for a bit and mine just about held together. I made some bread in the bread maker to be cooked just in time and made a salad while the chicken was cooking for a perfect fast meal. I will be buying more whole chickens than I used to.
