Macaroni add water so it covering the pasta pressure cook 5 mins quick release then add a knob of butter stir but on sure add milk cheeses of choice dash hot sauce Dijon mustard stir until all melted i then left on keep warm so people could help themselves.
Love macaroni and cheese! That’s as quick as the ones that come out a packet, and sounds far more delicious!

I'm not a fan of mac and cheese, but yours looks great, I have tried the mixed up lasagne. pasta seems to cook well did you get the recipe from the instant pot bible book?
Brilliant as I have just started to use the duo instant pot, this recipe is great. All I can find is American recipes. Thanks Lisa if you can post down to earth recipes like this I would be most grateful.
