I have just done some potatoes and carrots for Christmas. I put them in the instant pot for one minute pressure cook. Then when cool put them in dump and go zipped freezer bags.

In the freezer till Christmas Day , they can then be dumped in to roast with the roast beef. Saving a lot of time for me.
I have pre made sausage rolls, spinach and feta rolls and scotch eggs, put them in the freezer and then Christmas Day just a few minutes in the air fryer. Any extras I will leave in the freezer for quick snacks for the children over the next couple of months. I love these new gadgets that make preparing ahead of time so easy.
Great idea. I use these bags a lot in the freezer. Dry ingredients I freeze on a tray first and then once frozen put in the bags. Its then easy to take out of the bag only what I need. x
